recent discovery
so, this morning i burnt the H out of my bagel. then realized i had no cream cheese. so, naturally i look for a substitute. i found the little triangle swiss cheeses i used to eat at my brother's house[katie, you know what i'm talking about!]. then, the brilliant idea strikes. spread the amazingly tastey and softy cheese on the bagel. so i did. it was fabulous. note to self: yummy little swiss cheeses are a substitute for buy-in-a-tub cream cheese. amazing.

yum...laughing cow. in france they call it "la vache qui rit" (roughly...the cow who laughs)
take a trip to costco and you can get a 3-pack for like 9 dollars!! yay for three packs!!
