late at night

let all bloggians be aware, when it's this late at night... and there is nothing to do, i look to blog. what about? lets see:

high school friends

- vacation, not exactly sure what it means anymore. i'm always worried about something. but it is nice to be worried about something other than school work.
- hs friends, i've missed them. its nice to chat. we are getting old, and it is definitely a surprise how things have turned out. never would have guessed.
- goodbyes, more like see-ya-laters. kinda sucks, but, things get better. and goodbyes are never really for forever anyway. so, at the very least, we'll see you on the other side.
- blogoshpere, a great place for ventilation of the mind. catharsis if you will. something i have come to learn and love. now tis time for journal writing. sleep well bloggers...

i love my sister-in-law. she is the best. and we annoyed pretty much everyone at church today. we were being too rambunctious. apparently. i've missed her.

i forgot my brother's birthday. 4 days before christmas, the day i go home. and 26 years ago, the day my oldest brother was born. i sorry cameronay. i sorry. i love you, even though i've heard through multiple people, at multiple times, that you are worried i will forget the pink slips. i love love love you cam. thanks for being a great older brother. hope you had a good one.

being an art major

get to have homework like: build this, make that, bend this, paint that, make something really cool out of glass...
you either listen to your ipod in the studio or listen to your computer at your house while doing homework.
more time for blogging.

learn philosophy of art in every class.

as i sit here listening to our heating working its magic, i ponder the posibilities of the future. such possibilities as: getting a's next semester, staying here all year round so i can serve a mission and not have the fact that i'm not in the bfa weigh on my mind, getting married....weird, having funny funny babies, growing old and being so so smart because i have experienced it all, etc.
i tear up every time i start to get overwhelmed with next semester. i feel underwhelmed now. and i would much rather just be whelmed...
[that was an allusion to 10 things i hate about you for those of you that both read this, and didn't get it....]

so, my best friends julie and brittney and i went on a little road trip this weekend. [please think of the viva las vegas song when you read the next two words...] RENOOOO Neh-vaada! thats right! we went to the so you think you can dance concert in reno. it was awesome. it was our first trip by ourselves and our first hotel room without a parent.
we went to ichiban for dinner. tahbinyahki yaaaah! hilarious. we told them it was britt's birthday and she got a candle in her ice cream. aren't restaurants supposed to treat their birthday guests with the utmost respect?? i don't get it. all she got was a candle... so depressing.
anyway, the night was awesome, and the road trip was even better. snow coming into salt lake though, kinda rough. i was really struggling to see the road. it was hard. but! i made it.
now, the whole coming soon thing is the album to go along with it. you gotta have pictures. those pictures, are coming as soon as my computer is fixed.... so there you go.
